ReddiForm Specifications
Dimensions and Weight:
Each block is 9-5/8” wide x 48” long x 12” high, with five vertical 6” cores.
After your pour, each block weighs 50 lbs per square foot including concrete and steel.
ReddiForm ICF Material:
ReddiForm ICF’s are made out of a modified Expanded Polystyrene (EPS). It is a closed-cell foamed plastic that is manufactured from hydrocarbon beads and flame-retardant additives. Raw materials meet or exceed the following:

Flame Retardant:
The foam used in ReddiForm has a flame spread rating of 15 and a smoke development rating of 125 based on ASTME84-87 tests, well below the code requirements.
Specs for Your Concrete Pour:
Standard applications require a minimum 2,500 PSI mix concrete. It is recommended that your pour is set to a 4” to 6” slump, with a maximum aggregate size of 1/2”; We recommend using a small concrete line pump with a 2” to 2 1/2” hose.
